न नौ मन तेल होगा न राधा नाचेगी । Na nau man tel hoga na radha nachegi.

न नौ मन तेल होगा न राधा नाचेगी ।
Meaning: Neither there will be 9 Maund oil nor Radha will dance.
Maund (~37.324 kg).
Story behind: I don't know the exact story behind but probably Radha tells people that she will dance when she has accumulated 9 Maund oil. So somebody knows the intention of Radha that she doesn't want to dance and she is putting this condition just to avoid dancing.

Usage: Example usage would be the points system of credit card reward points where the company offers reward points facility to the customer and everyone knows that achieving it is almost impossible.

नाच न जाने आँगन टेढ़ा । Naach na jaane aangan tedha

नाच न जाने आँगन टेढ़ा ।
Meaning: Doesn't know the skill to dance and complains about the dancing floor.
Usage: When someone is not efficient and skilled in some work but claims dissatisfaction about the other related things, you can use this proverb.

मांगे न आवे भीख तो खैनी खावे सीख । Maange na aave bheekh to khaini khaave seekh

मांगे न आवे भीख तो खैनी खावे सीख ।
Meaning: If you don't know how to beg, then start consuming tobacco.
Usage: In an unfavorable situation you need to beg for your interest. If you say you cannot beg then someone can recite this proverb.

आ बैल मुझे मार । Aa bail mujhe maar

आ बैल मुझे मार ।
Meaning: Asking a bull to come and hit yourself.
Usage: When you know that a certain situation can harm you then you should avoid it, otherwise this proverb makes sense.

जंगल में मोर नाचा किसने देखा । Jangal me mor naacha kisne dekha.

जंगल में मोर नाचा किसने देखा ।
Meaning : Who has seen the peacock dancing in the jungle.
Usage: When someone claims something without witness or proof - you can use this proverb.

घोड़े को मिलती नहीं घांस और गधे खा रहे हैं च्यवनप्राश | Ghode ko milti nahi ghaas aur gadhe kha rahe hain chyawanprash.

Meaning: A person who has got something he does not deserve.
Usage: Generally this is used by the youth when they see a beautiful girl/ handsome guy with an average looking person.
